Lizzy was born and raised in New Mexico and served in the Japan Sapporo Mission. At BYU in Provo, she is continuing her Japanese studies and majoring in Illustration. She enjoys singing (formally and in the shower), sword fighting, writing stories, dancing, eating nuggets with ranch, and spending all the time possible with her handsome fiancé John, which includes laughing at his dad jokes.

John grew up mainly in Utah and served in the Louisiana Baton Rouge Mission speaking Spanish. He too is attending BYU in Provo and studying to become an OB/GYN. He loves being creative, reading, telling dad jokes (which sometimes makes Lizzy laugh), wearing fun outfits, working out, a bajillion random other things, but his favorite of all, enjoying any and all opportunities to be with his beautiful fiancée Lizzy.
